Detailed explanation of high aluminum anchor brick

Anchor brick is also called hanging brick and anchor, anchor brick is a new type involving an anchor brick for industrial kiln. The electric furnace roof is a furnace roof structure supported by metal hanging brick and refractory brick. Therefore, the leakage of reactive gas and hot gas in the furnace will damage the metal hanger, resulting in the accident of furnace roof collapse. Industrial kilns and flue walls are composed of inner lining, heat insulation layer and outer wall layer. The inner lining is refractory brick and the outer wall is ordinary sintered brick. Anchorage is required to be connected between these layers, the tensile strength and flexural strength of the anchorage is significantly improved, and the stress generated at the groove is blocked at the ribs and cannot be transmitted, so the anchor brick of this structure is not easy to break.
Precautions for masonry of anchor bricks:
1. When laying bricks, apply mud from both sides carefully to prevent gas leakage from the furnace roof
2. There should be no damage to the hanging part of the anchor brick (should play the role of hanging metal parts)
3. Ensure the size of the joints, carry out roofing, and correctly determine the role of the hanging metal parts
4. Expansion joints should be properly placed between the furnace body and the anchor brick
5. Generally use air hardening mud
Product Features:
1. Refractoriness. The refractoriness of high-alumina bricks is higher than that of clay bricks and semi-silicon bricks, up to 1750-17900C, which belongs to advanced refractory materials.
2. Load softening temperature. Because high alumina products have high A1203, less impurities, and less fusible glass body, the load softening temperature is higher than clay bricks. The load softening temperature of high alumina products is generally above 1420-1550 degrees. However, because the mullite crystals do not form a network, the load softening temperature is still not as high as that of silica bricks.
3. Slag resistance. There are many A1203 in high alumina bricks, which are close to neutral refractories and can resist the erosion of acid slag and alkaline slag. Because it contains SiO2, the resistance to alkaline slag is weaker than that of acid slag.
4. Chemical resistance. High-alumina refractory products have good resistance to acid or alkaline slag, corrosion and oxidation of metal liquids, and reduction reactions, and increase with the increase of AL203 content and the decrease of harmful impurities.
Product Usage:
High alumina bricks are mainly used for lining blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, electric furnace tops, blast furnaces, reverberatory furnaces, and rotary kilns. In addition, high-alumina bricks are also widely used as regenerative lattice bricks for open hearth furnaces, plugs for pouring systems, and Shikou Moumou, etc.
